Terms & Conditions*
- This agreement constitutes an order for photography services. A non refundable retainer for $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) is required at the time of booking along with this signed agreement. Upon signature and receipt of the non refundable retainer, Bec Pattinson Photography reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, your initial retainer payment/deposit is non-refundable, even if the session date is changed or cancelled for any reason.
- It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of Bec Pattinson Photography. Bec Pattinson Photography retains copyright in all images created and will have the right to make reproductions for portfolio samples, self-promotion, advertising, and professional competition.
- The Client may reprint, but not alter or re-edit, any image for sharing and enjoyment with family & friends. Client must obtain written permission from Bec Pattinson Photography prior to Client, friends or relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
- Bec Pattinson Photography, takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that all the photographs have been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Bec Pattinson Photography's control, Bec Pattinson Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package
- Model Release – The Client hereby grants to Bec Pattinson Photography, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use & publish photographs of Client or in which the client maybe included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose. The Client hereby releases Bec Pattinson Photography from all claims & liability relating to said photographs.
- Colour correction and/or retouching are included at Photographer's discretion. Client may request further changes for an additional charge. Bec Pattinson Photography is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly from her. For best results, clients with the high-resolution files should only order their prints through a reputable print lab for best results.
- Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered on USB may not include all images shot. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.
- If the Photographer or her agent is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illness, or technical problems, and if she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Photographer, will be returned to Client, and Bec Pattinson Photography shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement.
- Completion Schedule – A sneak peak of several images will be available for clients to view 72 hours after the session date on the Bec Pattinson Photography website and social media sites. A complete online gallery and all images will be available within two weeks from your session date. Please all additional time for print orders and album design and ordering from this date.
- Additional Expenses: Postage is not covered within your collection. You may make a time to collection your final prints/products or a postage quotation will be provided at that time.
- You session commencement time will be confirmed after arrival of your newborn. If you are late or delayed on arrival this may reduce the shooting time allocated on the day.
- All moneys to be payable 7 days prior to your session unless otherwise arranged with Bec Pattinson Photography. No images will be available for viewing until full monies have been received.
- Payment: Visa Card or Mastercard is accepted with a 1.5% credit card fee applied. Cash or direct deposit is also accepted.

An Invoice will be issued on receipt of this booking form/agreement. $150 Non refundable session fee is required at the time of booking. This will come of your balance owing.
